I chose to come to this location because it got high reviews and it was fairly new and looked clean (all of which it was!). However, the staffing issue another reviewer mentioned is unfortunately an issue. Luckily it didn't effect the yummy quality of the food but my family wanted to eat inside but the dining room was closed! They had a sign on the door saying that due to being short staffed you had to do the drive thru and couldn't eat at the restaurant so we had to do the drive thru and then because we dont live local we just ate in the parking lot. They also mixed up the toppings for one of our burgers where the kids meal butter burger had more toppings than my adult deluxe so I just had to switch with my kid so it was ok but a bit annoying. I did feel bad for the employees since the one man at the drive through window was very nice but seemed stressed out but luckily it was a very clean location and the food tasted good!
This restaurant totally deserves a 5 start rating. First of all, their burgers are immaculate. Second of all, their ice cream is top-notch and out of this world. Thirdly, their cheese curds are MIND BLOWING. Last, but certainly not least, their new sticky notes are one of the best thing ever invented. They are super durable and withstand the speed on the interstates, and they also survive heavy winds and rain. They are much more environmentally friendly, as opposed to their plastic ones that kill the turtles. Overall, this restaurant is highly recommended.
Always worth the 500 mile drive from GA (to visit family) to eat at Culver's!! There is nothing in GA that even comes close to this amazingness.. Service is always outstanding and the food... Extremely clean with friendly staff! Decorated cute for Christmas. Hot, delicious food. No complaints and definitely probably the best Culver's I've ever been to!
